● Whipping cream - 100 ml
● Icing sugar - 50 grams
● Fruitomans Passionfruit Squash - ½ cup
● Fruitomans Gelatin - 1 Tbsp
1. Bloom Fruitomans Gelatin by adding 1 Tbsp Gelatin to cold water. Let it sit for 15 mins.
Melt the mixture in a microwave. Let it cool.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl add the whipping cream along with the icing sugar.
Beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
3. Add in the Fruitomans Passion fruit squash along with the melted room-temperature gelatin.
4. Give it a nice mix until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
5. Pour into a glass and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
